FINANCIAL APPEAL..BANQUET

Dear friends,

The Jefferson Co. Ga. Chapter of the SCLC is a branch of the National SCLC and is a non-profit organization, our chapter has been active since 2007 in Jefferson Co. Ga. and surrounding Counties addressing the many issues and concerns such as racism, discrimination, hunger, crime, and violence.

The means of support and operation depends upon donations, offerings, and member dues, each year we put on the fundraiser banquet, this is our 2nd annual banquet coming up on Sept. 11th, 2010 and we are inviting all to donate and attend our banquet as we celebrate our birthday and many accomplishments in communities of the previous year.

This year we are reaching out to thoes who respect and love the SCLC to purchase a banquet ticket, and if you can't attend, we ask that you support our chapter by sending a donation, $5.00, $10.00, $20.00, no amount is to small or to large, we need your support to continue our efforts to address issues and concerns in the communities.
